Sundara Temple is ideal for meditation and other spiritual practices. Therapies available are Healing Journey (a gentler form of Rebirthing) and Spiritual Healing (Hands on Healing similar to Reiki).

Sundara is set on 2 acres of restored farm land and run on Sustainable Principles. A walk through our large Organic Garden, where fruit trees are intermixed with flowering shrubs and rare rainforest trees, coffee bushes and herbs, is a unique experience. A small creek is at the bottom of our garden.

Nearby are walking tracks, including the National Parks and swimming is available in the Hanging Rock Creek (10 minutes drive).
